When will my order arrive?

Our Domestic Shipping is 2-3 business days after 1-5 business days processing time depending on how busy we get. We offer Free Domestic Shipping in the U.S 

Our International Shipping takes about 7-21 business days after 1-5 business days processing time. We offer international shipping for $25

*Shipping times can also be increased outside of the U.S because of the customs, which is beyond our control. We also cannot control if the package is delayed by the shipping carrier.

*Ragetown Jewelers ships to the exact address provided to us at checkout and is not liable for packages once they are confirmed delivered via tracking. If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you do not have it, please get in touch with your neighbors, mailman, or mailroom before contacting us. Ragetown Jewelers will not refund or replace orders that get lost due to providing us with an incomplete shipping address. Ragetown Jewelers is not liable for any items once they are in possession of USPS.
